We like technology best when it works and nobody notices it. When the server runs, backups happen on their own and the network stays up, nobody thinks about IT. That's the part we've been taking care of since 2003, for companies and public institutions.

In 2012 we extended our services to video surveillance, alarms, barriers and access control systems, so that all the technology in a business can be in the care of one trusted partner. Today we manage networks, servers and fibre optics, but the principle hasn't changed: we answer the phone, we explain things in plain words and we don't disappear once the problem is solved. We also use artificial intelligence as a tool: it helps us find the cause of a problem faster and choose the best solution. The decisions, though, are made by people.

Do you also work with businesses outside Iași?

Yes. Remote support works anywhere. For on-site work we cover Iași and the surrounding area; for other areas we decide case by case.

Do you also work for homes, not just businesses?

Yes. We also install cameras, alarms, automatic gates, audio and Wi-Fi in houses and apartments.

Can I call you for a one-off job, without a subscription?

Yes. We also do one-off interventions. A subscription pays off when you need support regularly.

Is the surveillance system GDPR compliant?

We design it to meet GDPR requirements: suitable camera angles, limited storage time and controlled access to recordings.

Do you also install fibre optics?

Yes. We run, splice and test fibre optic cable within and between buildings, for 1 and 10 Gigabit networks. You receive the measurements and documentation for every link.

Can I see what equipment we have and what work was done on it?

Yes. You get access to your own portal, where you can see the complete inventory, warranties, licences, intervention history and encrypted credentials.

Do you use artificial intelligence?

Yes, as a working tool: for faster diagnostics, documentation and security checks.

Do you also handle buying the equipment?
